1. Purpose
Tuileur (the "Service") is an online administrative management application for lodges and associations. These terms govern access to and use of the Service by the customer lodge (the "Customer") and its users.
2. Account and trial
Every lodge gets a 30-day free trial, with no commitment or payment method. At the end of the trial, access becomes read only; data is kept for 90 days and then deleted unless a subscription is taken out.
3. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, billed in advance, in the stated currency, taxes included. Payments are processed by Stripe. Plan changes take effect immediately with proration. The price depends on the number of counted members, with a minimum of 10: on monthly billing, this number is adjusted with proration on the next invoice; on yearly billing, the year is due — members who join during the year are invoiced immediately, prorated for the remaining period, and departures give rise to no credit: they are taken into account at renewal. Switching from yearly to monthly billing takes effect at renewal, with no credit for the current year. Cancellation is possible at any time and takes effect at the end of the period.
4. Customer obligations
The Customer is responsible for its users' accounts, for the accuracy of the data entered and for respecting the rights of data subjects. Any unlawful use or use contrary to the purpose of the Service is prohibited.
5. Data and confidentiality
The Customer's data remains its property. The publisher acts as a processor under the GDPR (see the Data Processing Agreement). Data is hosted in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per lodge.
6. Availability and support
The publisher strives to keep the Service continuously available, except for planned maintenance. Support is provided by email; priority support is included in the Lodge+ plan.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The publisher's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Customer over the last twelve months.
8. Termination and export
The Customer may export all of its data at any time. After termination or the end of the trial, data is kept for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the publisher's registered office.
