New features arrive regularly, shaped by the lodges that use Tuileur: suggest yours on the forum.

Built for every member

The lodge subscribes; every member gets a personal login, at no cost and with no advertising.

One account, all your lodges

One email address is enough: after signing in you find each of your lodges and chapters, with the role you hold in each.

Your privacy, your choice

You decide what other members see on your profile: phone, address, date of birth, memberships.

On your phone

Add Tuileur to your home screen like an app: calendar, recent documents and attendance stay available offline.

No cost to the member

No individual fees, no advertising, ever: only the lodge is billed, per enrolled member.

Every rite, every jurisdiction

Nothing is set in stone. When a lodge is created, a template pre-fills degrees, offices, meeting types and vocabulary; everything stays adjustable, and a blank template covers special cases.

Per-lodge isolation

Enforced by the database itself (RLS): no query ever crosses a lodge's walls.

End-to-end encryption

Data hosted in the European Union by default, or in the region of your choice; GDPR compliance, DPA provided to every lodge.

Two-factor authentication

Mandatory for officers; passwordless magic-link sign-in for everyone.

Encrypted backups

Every 6 hours, tested restores, full export of your data at any time.

Audit log

Who viewed, changed or exported what and when — available to the lodge admin.

Before you raise it in lodge

Who pays: the lodge or the member?

The lodge, through a subscription based on its enrolled members. Members use Tuileur at no cost, and no advertising is shown.

Does a member of several lodges need several accounts?

No. A single account, tied to their email address, gives access to each of their lodges and chapters with a separate role in each.

Can we bring over our current membership list?

Yes. The CSV import recognises columns, converts degrees, statuses and dates, shows a preview before confirming, then sends the invitations.

Is our lodge visible publicly?

No. There is no directory and no public lodge page: only invited members sign in, and every link sent by email is personal.
